Moss Street Surgery is located on Moss Street which is just off the B5013 Cannock Road in Chadsmoor.

Public Transport

The nearest bus stop is just across from the surgery. It is a very short walk from the bus stop to us.

Car Parking

When attending the surgery you may use the surgery car park. Our parking is limited and only for use while attending the doctor. Car parking is available at the front and to the side of the surgery building.
